Experience the dazzling floats that showcase Hong Kong's rich traditions, brought to life by talented local and international performers. Floats and performing groups parade route

  • Starting point The parade will start at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza in Tsim Sha Tsui
  • It will then proceed along Canton Road, Haiphong Road and Nathan Road
  • End point It will finish at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers

The first float and parade group will arrive at Canton Road at around 8:30pm and Nathan Road around 9pm.
The last float will arrive at the endpoint around 10:30pm.

Zone A At the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza (main stage) Sold out

  • Please refer to the parade route map for zone locations.
  • Zones A, B and C will open at 6:45pm for ticket holders. Please be seated before 7:30pm.
  • Zones D and E will open at 5:45pm for ticket holders.
  • Kep1er will perform at Zones A and B and greet the audience at Zones C, D and E and as well as along the parade route.
  • LYKN will perform at Zones A, B, C, D and E and greet the audience along the parade route.
  • To enhance your spectating experience, it is recommended having light meals and visiting the toilet before the parade begins. Toilets are available near the spectator stands. Please check with the onsite staff for details.
Ticketing details:
  • Tickets for the spectator stands are sold out. However, the parade can still be viewed for free along the parade route.

Enjoy spectator-friendly spots without cost along the parade route of Canton Road, Haiphong Road and Nathan Road. To secure a preferred spot with an optimal view, early arrival is recommended.

How to get there

It is recommended to travel by MTR to access the parade route along Canton Road, Haiphong Road and Nathan Road. Please disembark at Tsim Sha Tsui station or East Tsim Sha Tsui station.

Note: The roads surrounding the parade route will be closed to vehicles two to three hours before and after the parade. Please stay updated with government announcements through local media sources.

Parade floats exhibition & performances at Lam Tsuen

From 30 January to 13 February, colourful floats from the Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade will be on display at Lam Tsuen Wishing Square in Tai Po. Visit the Lam Tsuen Wishing Tree to pray for blessings while admiring the stunning floats.

The excitement continues on 30 and 31 January with performances by Mainland China and international artists. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to be part of the festivities and create lasting memories!
