Lei Garden is famous for its celebrity clientele and creative seafood menu. The restaurant has been honoured as one of Hong Kong's Best Restaurants by the Hong Kong Tatler magazine. More than a thousand new dishes have been introduced by Lei Garden over the past few decades. Signature dishes feature Double-boiled Soups, Pan-fried Minute Texan Beef Steak, Tofu Ensemble and Braised Abalone with Goose Liver.
