Dorsett Kai Tak hotel is set to become Dorsett Hospitality International’s flagship property in 2024 Q4. Inspired by the location’s dreamy marina lifestyle and the captivating ocean views, this 373-room luxury hotel caters to both leisure and business travellers.
The property boasts an impressive array of accommodations, including a Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite (380 sq. m.) with a private garden and 10-metre lap pool, a Garden Penthouse Two-Bedroom Suite (130 sq. m.), and 40 suites (40-60 sq. m.) with light pantry facilities, complementing the 331 well-appointed guestrooms with options for triple rooms and interconnecting rooms.
Culinary experiences at Dorsett Kai Tak will be led by the hotel’s signature all-day Spanish Sichuan restaurant, Siete Ocho 七滋八味, featuring four private dining rooms and a total capacity of 163 guests indoors and outdoors. Guests can also indulge in light bites and drinks at the tapas bar on the 2/F podium.
The hotel will also mark the arrival of London’s trendy skybar, Jin Bo Law, making its first foray into Asia on the 15th floor, offering breathtaking views for up to 74 guests.
Dorsett Kai Tak’s meeting and event facilities include a grand ballroom (415 sq. m.) with a 7-metre ceiling height, accommodating up to 26 banquet tables or 340 guests theatre-style, a pre function area (57 sq. m.) for up to 60 guests, and a multi-functional room for up to 14 guests. The 2/F podium (609 sq. m.) can host up to 80 guests seated, perfect for alfresco weddings and cocktail events.
Other hotel facilities will include the infinity swimming pool (19m x 4.5m) and a state-of-the-art gym (185 sq. m.) equipped with the latest Technogym fitness solutions, including a free weights squat rack.
The hotel has received the BEAM Plus Gold certification from the Hong Kong Green Building Council, reflecting the brand’s dedication to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.
