Founded in 1991, this Hong Kong-style restaurant moved to Central from its original location in Wan Chai 30 years ago. The restaurant prides itself on using ancestral cooking techniques and secret recipes to create authentic local dishes. Now led by second-generation successor Oscar, the team remains committed to the original concept and continues to cook a diverse array of dishes.
