The Tin Hau Festival was inscribed on the fifth national list of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) in 2021. The Tin Hau Celebration of Kwai Tsing Bamboo Theatre Culture Festival 2025 features ICH items, including bamboo theatre building technique, Cantonese opera performed day and night, ritual opera for celebrating the goddess Tin Hau and flower plaque (fa pai) crafting. There are also local traditional hawker food stands at the celebration. On 30 April, there will be dragon dance, lion dance and unicorn dance performances, as well as fa pau, paper floral tributes.
