‘YM²’ is a key development of the Urban Renewal Authority’s Kwun Tong Town Centre Project, which provides distinctive leisure, entertainment and dining experiences, and introduces a series of smart technology facilities to sharpen interactive customer service. ‘YM²’ also features the first indoor and air-conditioned Smart Public Transport Interchange in Hong Kong, enhancing the user experience.

‘YM²’ is also a landmark project which fosters the Kwun Tong community spirit by blending old and new. On the first floor of the ‘YM²’ is ‘Yue Man Lane’ — an area designated for the former operators of Yue Man Square to resume business and showcase the unique culture and ambience of Kwun Tong. Managed by the Food and Environmental Department, ‘Yue Man Hawker Bazaar’ provides a cosy business environment for the former stall operators of Tung Yan Street Interim Hawker Bazaar.
