Helmed by Argentinian chef Paulo Airaudo, this two-Michelin-starred restaurant invites diners to embark on a journey inspired by Airaudo’s culinary experiences. The fine dining restaurant also has a casual and lighthearted atmosphere, evident in its playlist full of tunes from the 1980s and 1990s, and eye-catching video game figurines. When it comes to Noi’s culinary offerings, the restaurant focuses on highlighting fresh seafood and shellfish, proudly presenting seasonal tasting menus that feature innovative dishes, such as Alaskan king crab with teardrop peas and Iberico pork consomme.
