Its Wan Chai main branch has been recommended by the Michelin Guide from 2011-2017. TCK was founded in 2000. Its Wan Chai branch has been nominated for Michelin recommended restaurant for 7 conservative years from 2011-2017 & Bib Gourmand at 2018. It is the specialized in using fresh fish broth to make its congee base.
