The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has presented the Outstanding QTS Merchant & Service Staff Awards to recognise QTS-accredited merchants and staff for their contribution in promoting quality tourism services since 2011.
The 2022 awards were bestowed at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 22 February 2023. All winners were chosen after a stringent selection process and HKTB congratulates them on their success.
Here’s to the hard-working people who serve Hong Kong every day!
The Outstanding QTS Merchant Awards were organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board to recognise the city’s Quality Tourism Services accredited retailers and restaurateurs for their sustained excellent performance.
Merchants were divided into 12 categories and the top three in each division with the highest scores in the QTS Assessment Reports (as carried out by the Hong Kong Productivity Council) were honoured with Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards.
A total of 36 Hong Kong merchants have won awards for their superlative service this year, and a further 55 were rewarded a merit.

QTS-accredited merchants’ service frontline staff have contributed towards service excellence in their industry.
In recognition of their dedication, the Hong Kong Tourism Board has organised the Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Award. This year, 27 supervisory and 29 frontline staff members were selected for the Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards after a rigorous interview process that included both group and panel interviews.
