HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Corporate Secretariat
    • Coordinate Board meetings, which includes but not limit to meeting dates planning and availability checks, agenda collation, consolidation of business reports, coordination of meeting proceedings and logistics arrangements, minutes dispatch and attendance record.
    • Provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial support to General Manager, Corporate Services for Board and Committee approvals by circulation
    • Maintain official corporate records
    • Compile and liaise with internal and external parties for board events when necessary
    • Support General Manager, Corporate Services to formulate and implement plans for corporate governance projects when necessary
    • Liaise with Internal Audit on compliance reviews of Board related matters when necessary.
  • General Duties
    • Support the preparation of presentation materials as directed by the General Manager, Corporate Services
    • Provide secretarial support to General Manager, Corporate Services and administrative support to the Corporate Services team
    • Assist in the implementation of internal policies and monitor the progress of the projects when necessary
    • Handle ad hoc assignments.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Company Secretarial or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of Board Administration or Company Secretarial experience preferably in sizeable organisation 
  • Experience in public organisations would be a definite advantage
  • Solid experience in supporting for preparation of presentation materials for senior management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word & Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Mature and self-motivated with strong administrative and organising ability supported with problem solving skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
