Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation (2-year Renewal Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Support the end-to-end project management life cycle, from initiation, planning, design, development, testing, platform roll-out to platform operation & support
Keep track and report project status to internal team and stakeholders
Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate user requirements, assist in analysis and refinement of requirement
Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure project can be delivered as agreed, in quality and in compliance with corporate guideline & regulation
Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Test, coordinate with vendors & internal stakeholders on UAT planning, testing and reporting
- Stay abreast of the latest technology, conduct research on digital trends and design best practices, provide recommendations to the team and internal stakeholders
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Highly efficient in organisational multi-tasking with strong project management skills
Proven experience in managing and launching large scale projects
Knowledge of project management tool like JIRA would be an advantage
Knowledge of UX/ UI design and design best practices would be an advantage
Highly resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
Detail-oriented, responsible and with good communication and coordination skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
