HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Formulate and implement stakeholder engagement plan to ensure timely, effective and consistent communications of HKTB’s initiatives to various stakeholder groups, including relevant government departments, Legislative Councillors, District Council members, political parties, think-tanks, etc.  Build and maintain good relations with stakeholders
• Proactively promote HKTB’s corporate initiatives to stakeholders e.g. Legislative Councillors and answer enquiries
• Identify possible speaking opportunities for senior managements e.g. seminars of chambers of commerce, media interviews, meetings with advisory groups, conference at universities and colleges, etc.
• Prepare materials including presentations, contributory articles, letters, etc. for senior management’s engagement
• Closely monitor the social sentiment and assess potential issues towards HKTB, develop issue management plan and propose relevant measures if necessary

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University graduate, preferably major in Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience of solid experience in the field of public relations, political sector or media is preferred
• Knowledge of public sector, local political environment and sensitive to current issues
• Strong network with stakeholders is advantageous
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, organisation and issue management skills,
• Mature, composed and be able to work effectively and professionally under pressure
