Senior Executive, QTS (2-year Renewable Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Support the full spectrum of the scheme’s day-to-day administration function including:
    • Manage new and renewal merchant assessments to the scheme
    • Keep track of the work progress of the service providers and their compliance with the scheme assessment requirements
    • Assist in reviewing the existing assessment system and procedures
    • Handle merchant enquiries and consumer comments/complaints
    • Maintain an up-to-date QTS merchants’ profile in the system
    • Produce QTS Scheme stationery
    • Prepare regular reports, and upkeep all the related financial documents
  • Support Outstanding Quality Tourism Services Merchant Service Staff Awards
  • Support consumption campaigns targeting in-town visitors or locals, including merchant liaison, offer solicitation, frontline staff training, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and Committee/Sub-Committee meetings ensuring efficient operation and proper maintenance of documentation
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduates with 3 years or above relevant experience in the scheme administration and complaints/enquiries handling
  • Experience in data management and the full spectrum of administrative support, secretariat support to committees, meeting arrangements, etc.
  • Good time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mature, good team player, flexible, self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Vlookup & PivotTable)
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
