HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Act as the HR Business Partner to perform full spectrum of human resources functions covering organisation review, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and communication for designated Divisions in Hong Kong Head Office and Worldwide Offices.
Provide advice and guidelines to help managers / staff understand and resolve issues in compliance with HR policies as well as best practices.
Lead and implement different HR initiatives in the areas of internal communications and employee engagement.
Collaborate with the other HR Centres of Excellence to support Organisational Development programmes: organisation review, talent review, succession planning and development programmes for key talents.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University graduate in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in the human resources area, preferably with regional exposure.
Good knowledge on prevailing HR systems, best practices and labour law.
Good business partnering sense and experience to translate business needs into HR initiatives or solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build up effective working relationships within and outside the team, and to directly work with line managers at department head level.
Self-starter, hands-on; able to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with strong planning and project management skills as well as attention to details.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
