Senior Manager, Technology Transformation

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Provide advices to senior management in formulating overall technology vision, and lead the technical projects implementation for supporting the digital strategies.
- Develop and plan the initiatives with appropriate frameworks, methods and best practices from solution sourcing to delivery.
- Lead the team to collect and consolidate user needs to provide meaningful perspectives that can support and facilitate the stakeholder engagement process to obtain buy-in on project deliverables and required resources.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders in project team to inform the development of the latest business directions and initiatives; effectively monitor and control the progress of projects to ensure efficient and thorough delivery within the given timeline and resources.
- Develop systems to track the transformation progress and effectiveness of the initiatives for management reporting.
- Stay abreast of the latest business strategy, technology trends, market intelligence and the evolution of travel products worldwide; identify key digital opportunities for enhancing experience in both internal and external stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in project management
- Proven track record in large-scale web-based system development and implementation
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Modern web technologies and microservices architecture
- API gateway management, CDN implementation, and Web queuing systems
- Web analytics tools and streaming services
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) suite and Power BI
- Data warehouse architecture and implementation, data integration, and ETL
- CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Cross-border technology solutions, specifically for Mainland China deployments
- Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies and industry trends
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
- Strong project planning, risk management, and resource allocation capabilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and maintain effectiveness under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes
- Presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Excellence in both written and verbal communication
