HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Plan local media publicity programmes to enhance public awareness of HKTB’s initiatives and drive local participation to HKTB’s mega events/ campaigns
• Ensure delivery of quality publicity materials in support of events/ campaigns
• Devise comprehensive engagement programmes to maximise positive engagement with stakeholders to enhance goodwill towards HKTB 
• Handle crisis management and communications for events/ campaigns
• Provide media marshalling to company executives at events
• Conduct budget control and quality control on publicity programmes requested and funded by other divisions

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University graduate, preferably degree obtained in Marketing and PR, preferably with a minimum of 10 years’ PR/ communications working experience of which at least 5 years should be at supervisory level
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of public relations, as well as management on project, budget, staff and crisis, able to devise both short and long-term plans to support the PR strategy
• Solid background with proven track record in managing large-scale PR campaigns in HK
• Sound knowledge of tourism industry is an advantage
• Excellent relationships with medias
• Skillful in senior level presentations, negotiations and relationship building.
• Equipped with strong communication skills and business acumen to provide quality PR services in fulfilling corporate requirements
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong managerial ability and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking and be able to manage stresses, changes and constraints
