Hong Kong 100 is an ultra-endurance race that offers 4 distances: The Third (33km), The Half (56km), HK100 (103km) and The Grand Sam (192km, a 3-day stage race). The races start in Pak Tam Chung on the Sai Kung Peninsula and cover some of the most beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, including unspoiled beaches, ancient forests, nature trails, reservoirs and steep hills. The course is based around the famous Maclehose Trail, but with some diversions to ensure that runners spend more time in its most scenic sections. HK100 finishes with the descent from Hong Kong's highest peak (Tai Mo Shan, 957m).
