The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra plays the music by Tan Dun from Ang Lee’s Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, seamlessly blending Eastern and Western musical elements under the big screen at these film-in-concert performances, conducted by Australian conductor Benjamin Northey. This experience transports audiences into a world of swordsmen duelling amidst bamboo forests and desolate deserts.
