Ophelia
Elaborate is an understatement when it comes to describing the ambience at Ophelia. Every single decoration revolves around the theme of peacocks. That, plus the atmospheric lighting, the beaded curtains and waitstaff adorned in traditional cheongsams, lends the place the atmosphere of a high-end opium den. It’s tremendously exotic, and it works. The music runs the gamut from funk to disco to house. And while the clientele is arguably better-heeled than at many clubs — this isn’t a club to roll up in your flip-flops — there’s still a welcoming atmosphere.
