Quinary was established in 2012 by Antonio Lai, a locally renowned pioneer of molecular mixology in Hong Kong. Combining flavours, aroma, textures, appearances and even sounds, Quinary redefines the whole nightlife experience. Equipped with rotary evaporators and equipment used to redistill and slow cook spirits directly in-house, Quinary is where bartenders can experiment and let their creativity thrive. One of their most popular drinks is Earl Gray Caviar Martini, which has a tea-infused foam topping.
