Umai SushiKan (うまい鮨勘) is one of the most popular sushi restaurants in the Tsukiji Inner Market in Tokyo; it’s famous for fresh sashimi and handmade sushi. The first sushi restaurant from Tsukiji Inner Market to open in Hong Kong, Umai SushiKan debuted in Ocean Terminal, Harbour City in 2016.
